Welcome to the online community for Greentree Community Church.
Engage is Greentree’s online information source. Dive in.
What can I do with Engage?
Members and attendees of the Greentree Community Church family are invited to participate in our Engage Online Community. Using the internet, you have anytime anywhere access to personal information, groups, church-wide calendar, event sign ups, service opportunities and giving. You can also access people information using a web-enabled smart phone.
Is my information private?
While our GTCC website is public, our Engage online community is private in that only those who are a part of the GTCC family and who have login and passwords assigned to them can join. After your request has been accepted, you will be given login and password information. You can decide the extent of your participation on Engage and whether your information will be “listed” to other Online Members or “unlisted.” Unlisted information is not seen by anyone beyond our staff and key leaders with “administrative privileges.”
What are guidelines for using Engage?
When you become a member of Engage, our Online Community, you agree to the guidelines listed below. Violating any of these guidelines will result in blocked access.
- The Online Community is intended for personal and ministry use. It is not for solicitation of any kind. Do not use it for business purposes or for ministry, groups, etc. outside of the Greentree Community Church community.
- Protect the privacy of the GTCC family by not giving their personal information to others outside of the Online Community. If you would like someone’s number and they are “unlisted,” please ask them directly. Greentree Community Church cannot give out this information without prior consent. Our leaders use this private information with care.
- Do not send emails that are not requested or necessary, e.g. jokes, stories, petitions, etc. Even if it’s interesting or funny, do not send unsolicited information. Use the Online Community with care and courtesy for personal and friendly communication.
- Those who participate in group discussions are not to “slam” other groups, churches or organizations or attempt to solicit members for outside groups or organizations. Keep the Online Discussions and emails personal, positive and profitable.
- Online users, who become inactive at Greentree Community Church or who do not follow these guidelines and/or abuse the Online Community, will have their login access discontinued.
- Please inform the web administrator of any problems so a resolution can be found: Mindy Owens, .

I’ve signed in. Now what?
If this is your first time logging in, you will want to change your password, set your own privacy settings and update your individual and family profiles … maybe even upload a picture so we can put names to faces. Make yourself at home and explore!
