All single adults are invited to join us ... it's a time to meet new people, share life together, pray and grow in faith. We will be considering what it looks like to make room for God to connect to us through spiritual disciplines.

We are excited to have this growing community of single adults a part of the Greentree family. Below you will find the four components of our Adult Single's ministry:

Belonging:  we expect to form a community, to develop friendships, and to connect with one another – on Sundays and during the week.

Support:  we want to help each other!  Does someone need a ride to the airport?  Help moving?  A household chore that takes two people?  Something that would normally be covered if there were a spouse in the house.

Service:  we intend to be involved in service to our church and our community.

Spiritual:  we desire to grow as Disciples of Christ; to be intentional in discovering God’s purpose and direction for our lives.

The Women's Teaching Ministry gathers women of different ages, backgrounds and stages of life to study God's Word together. Each week we meet in small groups for discussion and hear from a variety of gifted teachers who address the passage of Scripture we are studying. Throughout the year we also share meals together, worship through music, learn from panel discussions and participate in service opportunities.

WTM meets on Thursday mornings from 9:15-11:15 am and Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm.

The Thursday morning class offers a full preschool program for children 2 through 5 years old, which includes scripture memory, songs, role play and crafts. There is a nursery of loving caregivers for infants up to 2 years. The evening class does not offer childcare.

This year we are studying "Jesus: Prophecy Fulfilled - a Study of Matthew." This study is not exclusively for Greentree women; maybe you have a neighbor or friend who might want to join us. We welcome the seeker, the beginner and the seasoned Bible student. You can join us at any time throughout the year.

    AA (Alcoholics Anonymous)

    Every Thursday, 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

    Location Greentree Community Church

AA is a voluntary, world-wide fellowship of men and women from all walks of life who meet together to attain and maintain sobriety.  The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.  There are no dues or fees.  AA is a program of total abstinence.  Members simply stay away from one drink, one day at a time.  Sobriety is maintained through sharing experience, strength and hope at group meetings and through the suggested Twelve Steps for recovery from alcoholism.

AA meets at Greentree Community Church in Room L009 (the large adult classroom downstairs) every Thursday morning from 7:00 – 8:00am, 100 Kirkwood Place, Kirkwood, MO  63122.  You may simply show up or you may contact Diana at 314.909.9197 with questions.
