Assessment of GTCC Youth Ministry by Youth Ministry Architects (YMA)
In March 2008, over the course of three days, a team from Youth Ministry Architects (YMA) met with 66 individuals in the Greentree family (students, parents of students, Youth Ministry staff, members at large, elders and staff) for one-on-one meetings and focus groups. Subsequently, their assessment of and recommendations for our Youth Ministry were presented to the elders, pastors, and youth ministry staff. Some of you may be asking, "And, why did we do this? "
