The mission of the Greentree Community Church (GTCC) spiritual family is to know Jesus Christ, and to serve Him in joyful obedience, and make him known by growing disciples, planting churches and renewing communities. The role of Assistant Pastor of Discipleship is to provide a platform by which people within our community come to know Jesus Christ and follow him as Savior and Lord. With a high value on volunteer leaders this position requires not only individual missional living, but also vision, passion and gifting which enables the pastor to instill these values in others.
