GTCC Launches Online Community - Engage

Dear GTCC Spiritual Family,
This Sunday, we will be launching the new online community for Greentree Community
Church, which we have named Engage. Using the internet, you have anytime anywhere access to personal information, groups, church-wide calendar, event sign ups, service opportunities and giving. You can also access people information using a web-enabled smart phone.
While our GTCC website is public, our Engage online community is private in that only those who are a part of the GTCC family and who have an approved login and password assigned to them can join. You can decide the extent of your participation on Engage and whether your information will be "listed" to other GTCC people or "unlisted." We have chosen to start out by listing everyone's profile. A couple of years ago we updated your personal information and at that time some of you gave us specific instructions about what not to list. We have tried to respect those requests.
On Sunday morning, Members and Attendees of Greentree Community Church should receive an email that contains their own secure autogenerated login information. Click on the link listed, enter your login and password (we recommend copying and pasting the password) and then "look around." When you log in, you will be able to see your own information, the groups you are participating in, your giving record, events you might be interested in and places to serve in the GTCC community. We suggest a couple of things:
- Familiarize yourself w Privacy Guidelines (p. 2)
- Bookmark site or Make a Favorite
- Change your password
- Make any adjustments to your privacy settings
- Update your personal information
- Upload a personal photograph
- Look for a friend
- Check your personal giving
