Sunday School

We have temporarily suspended worship services at our church building beginning March 15, 2020, until further notice. This precautionary measure is in an effort to protect those most vulnerable and at risk to the coronavirus. However, we will continue to worship together online via the Greentree Facebook page or our website. Learn More

When we resume gathering for worship in our building on Sunday mornings, the students (grades 6-12) will meet at 9:30 AM downstairs in the Student space for Sunday school class. Please join us as we learn more about God, His love for us and what it means to walk with Him as we try to navigate family, friends, school and the many other things that life throws at us.

JR ROOTS

Typically, junior high students meet on Wednesday evenings for games and activities as a large group and after, engage in a Gospel-centered lesson and discussion in their small group. This is a great chance for students to be connected in their community, learn and grow together, and meet in smaller groups to develop a better understanding of who God is, how much He loves us and how He has given us answers to our questions in His Word, the Bible.

On September 16th, we are starting a modified version of our ROOTS program with small groups that will meet outside from 6:30-7:30pm. Registration is required and can be made using this link.

JR High Fall Retreat

What better way to kick-off the school year than with a retreat! Junior high students are encouraged to invite their friends for a weekend getaway with other local churches in the St. Louis area in the fall. Retreats are a great way to strengthen friendships and experience great teaching from special speakers and special worship led by our Greentree student band.

There will be no junior high fall retreat in 2020.

Great Escape Summer Camp

We are proud to be regular camp attendees at Youth Conference Ministries Great Escape in Green Lake, WI! At this beautiful lake resort, students and leaders participate in large groups for crazy field recreation games and contests, enjoy their favorite camp free time activities, worship and express their growing faith in Christ in the teaching sessions and small group meetings, and obviously, the MUD PIT! We recommend that all of our students in grades 6-8 have a Great Escape experience to grow closer to the Lord and closer to the Student Ministries community at Greentree Community Church.
